Your rights under CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents.
What personal information we collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

How we use personal information
We use the personal information we collect for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy: delivering quiz results, following up on inquiry submissions, improving our site, and evaluating engagement fit. We do not use personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
We do not sell your personal information
Code Mountain does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing use. Under CCPA, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, but because we do not sell it, no opt-out mechanism is required.
Your CCPA rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know. Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
- Delete. Request that we delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we need to complete a transaction you requested or comply with a legal obligation).
- Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of your rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Request" and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before processing and respond within 45 days. We may extend the response period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization.
